By using this website and making any fee payments, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

• All fees paid towards admission, registration, application processing, or tuition are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• Once a payment is successfully processed and acknowledged, it will not be refunded, reversed, or adjusted against any other service.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If a user mistakenly pays the same fee more than once, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.
• Failed Transactions: If the transaction fails but the amount is debited from the payer’s bank account and not received by the college, the amount will be refunded after reconciliation with the payment gateway.
• Admission Cancellation by the College: If the college cancels admission due to any reason (e.g., course not running), a refund may be processed based on college policy.

3. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date of approval.
• The refunded amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (bank account/card/UPI) as per the timelines of the respective payment gateway and bank.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Once an admission application is submitted along with the applicable fee, cancellation by the applicant is not permitted and no refund will be issued in such cases.
• The college reserves the right to cancel any admission due to non-compliance with eligibility criteria or document verification. In such cases, refund, if any, will be considered at the discretion of the college management.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes related to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gaya, Bihar
