5. Payment Confirmation
- Confirmation of payment will be displayed on the portal and may also be sent via SMS or email.
- If confirmation is not received within a reasonable time, please contact our admission support team with transaction details.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All fee payments are non-refundable, except in specific cases such as transaction failure or duplicate payments.
- No refund will be provided once the fee is successfully paid and admission is confirmed, unless otherwise stated by college policy.
- Any refund requests must be formally submitted via email to support@wazirganjcollege.in, along with transaction proof and valid reason.
